Here, from June 2003, is more timeless time-capsule wisdom from the heart and mind of Ed De Boer.

“Keep this thing forever in view: THE TRUTH. And if you do this, it may seem to lead you away from the opinions of men, but it most assuredly will conduct you to the throne of God.”

~ Horace Mann

Most everybody wants to go to heaven, but most want to get there in their own way. It’s not going to work that way. If you want to go to Rome, there are many roads that lead to Rome, but Rome is not heaven. If you want to have the right results, you need to do things exactly right, or you’ll miss your goal. The only vehicle that can take you to your intended destination is the Truth, no matter what your goal. There are no substitutes, no second bests. I learned that the hard way, and I’m confident that I’ve got lots of company.

We humans have a problem: we are inclined to deceive ourselves. We’re pretty good at it, and many there are who will never catch on. They are smitten with “intellect.”

Why do we use “money” that becomes less valuable as time goes on? It seems that precious metals don’t suffer from that, unless authorities willfully depress their value… it has been tried in the past, but in the end, precious metals always come out on top.

Why do men follow so many different religious beliefs? They can’t all be right. They can all be wrong, unless they adhere to Truth.

Why are there different political concepts? They, too, can’t all be right. They can all be wrong, and they are. Why are there so many ways to produce food for animal and human consumption, causing all manner of physical and mental deviation? They cannot be right when we are experiencing human and animal health degradation and serious soil depletion, which brings on plant disease, insect infestation, and animal and human diseases of all kinds. To paraphrase Winston Churchill, “You can trust the human race to do the right thing, once they have exhausted all other means.”

“Man is not the independent Lord and Master of Creation, but the lucky inheritor of a very specialized set of conditions. Yet it is his perverse genius to destroy the very environment which he must have to survive.”
~ Jonathan Forman, M.D.

We see the same phenomenon in the medical profession, which resists all natural healing with medicines provided by nature itself (and Who created it) and insists upon manmade pharmaceuticals which are, at best, a sorry substitute (with serious side effects). Well, follow the money. No man can serve two masters. You serve “money” and you’ve sold your soul to the devil, who will promise you heaven, but give you hell, all endless miles of it.
